The lamp shades in bedroom and lounge broken , intro booklet needs updating , only one set door keys provided ?

The surrounding area was lovely. The accomodation was generally good but there is some room for improvement. The site itself was peaceful and our dog loved exploring.

The steps to the accomodation need a hand rail. One of our party is 86 and found getting in and out a challenge. As there is no on site shop a welcome pack might be a good idea - tea, coffee, milk and bread.

Very comfortable, Airey and safe to be in a great location with easy bus stop and local travel. Lovely surprise to find a newer cooker installed then what was shown on the photos. Everything you needed to cook, relax and sleep comfortable. Larger than expected inside and looking forward to returning sometime.

Had to call Sykes Cottages to gain the safe key code to access the key. There is no bus stop outside the park or opposite which made it difficult to know where to stand for the bus stop or get off the bus. The owner had recently changes Wi-Fi provider, but did not pass on the codes to Sykes or amend the Wi-Fi details on the holiday home laminated sheets in the property. I tried to get the new info from Sykes customer service several times but they could only confirm the owner had changed the Wi-Fi, but they were unable to provide the password.

Location great for Dartmouth music festival. Nicely furnished and clean. Liked the fact we also had a view of the fields.

Another outdoor chair would have been useful. Other than that really well equipped
