Apartment with River views & Parking Permit

The location was outstanding and the apartment was clean and inviting. There was two hour parking on the road outside and there always seemed to be spaces available (early June). The parking permit was used for the main downtown car park on Mayor’s Avenue when needing a longer period than 2 hours but we were able to park directly outside the apartment at night after 1800, so effectively 160, and therefore perfect for unloading and loading.

The plumbing works on electric water heaters on each sink and the shower. This can be temperamental, particularly the shower, where it was very difficult to find a reasonable temperature between very hot and cold. We could not get the central heating to work on the first night (overnight temperatures in this early June were 10deg!) but this was quickly sorted by the agent Paul when reported. The apartment does need updating to bring it into modern standards of lettings but with prices so high in Dartmouth and its outstanding location I suspect the incentive to do so is being resisted. ,

The location is very central with parking

It’s dated with poor kitchen implements and china ( only 3 unmatching bowls for a 4x person property) The shower is very old and the dated electric shower delivers VERY hot or COLD jet , not a shower
