Well equipped and very comfortable beds. Conveniently located to local amenities.

Electric pay meter. It was chilly when we arrived and it took a couple of hours to warm up the chalet. However, once warm the chalet was pretty cosy.

This is our 3rd visit to this chalet. We love how homely it is. I can not understand people saying that the £1 coin meter is a pain. We find it easy and cheap. The location is great for visiting other places. Please, never get rid of the blue chair , it's my favourite thing ! The chalet is very well equipped. We used the washing machine and iron once. Towels are provided. The beds are comfortable. We wouldn't use any other chalet now It's our favourite 😍 Dartmouth is lovely, and the town has all you need as well as a saisburys and lidl.

The surface of the roads around the chalet are awful. So many potholes!! It needs re surfacing asap. Could also do with a mirror on the approach road , you can't see traffic as you turn in. Same as last year , so many people ignore the dogs on lead rule and let theirs run free 😡

Clean and well equipped property with good broadband Internet service. Good location for visiting Dartmouth, nearby coast path and ferry to Kingswear, Footpath near site leads to Dart Valley Trail. Possible to drive to Dartmoor, Salcombe, Bus stop outside for bus to Dartmouth or Totnes Mon - Sat but infrequent Sundays/bank holidays.

Busy road near site has no footway so you need to drive or take bus to Dartmouth.

Nice clean and comfy once actually warmed up

Be aware you have to pay for electricity with £1 coins no mention of this in listing no electricity on arrival place was absolutely freezing cost £16 for the 2 night stay and wasn’t there from 7:30am till 7pm as working Wouldn’t recommend staying in cold weather’s for sure due to the extra cost Won’t be returning here
