Traditional kiwi bach holiday experience, with updated equipment and decor.

unbeatable location with views out over the bay, easy walking to the shops and cafes. Easy walk to the boat ramp for ferries to Russell or nearby islands. Got one double bedroom and extra shower room on ground floor, to suit less mobile family members (but a few wooden steps up to the front door deck). Traditional kiwi bach holiday experience - with facilities and decor all recently renovated and up to date. A proper kitchen, well equipped. What a joy to sit out on deck (one at ground floor, smaller one beside main bedroom), glass of wine, watch the sea and the boats.

Great location by the beach and town. Lots of space for everyone in the house.

Love the bedrooms and kitchen, lounge, dining areas. Great that it’s walking distance to the wharf and shops. Loved being able to see and hear the beach from the house.

The downstairs shower head needs replacing. The water comes out like a tap sometimes

Great position for exploring, would definately come back again.

Loved the position of property, close to everything. Bedding and bedrooms so comfortable.

There were 5 of us and couldn’t really fit comfortably in lounge room. A clothes dryer would have been handy.

The location of Wairangi Beach Cottage is fantastic!!! The cottage is delightful and certainly makes you feel a part of the beautiful Bay of Islands area! I loved this cottage and would definitely come back if in the area again!!
