Decent location near the U metro station. Clean and tidy. Warm water and generally warm building. Excellent idea for management of signing in and out using the keysafe.
The big bed was composed of two smaller ones. The apartment is 8.8 by 2.2m which is way below mentioned 28m2.

Very clean, had everything you need, there is a tv with prime access, bathroom very nice, bed big enough for two. Directly opposite a tasty pizza place. Approx. 15min walk from Schönbrunn.
The apartment is on the ground floor with windows towards a very noisy street. As the bed is directly by the window you can hear some of the street noises in bed. It gets unbearably loud when you want to keep the window open. With earplugs no problem ;)

Good location, comfortable bed (couch not so much), fairly clean, the bathroom was nice and we enjoyed having the floor fan and the tv. The kitchen included a fridge and a kettle as well as dish cleaner and sponge which was thoughtful.
The apartment is located on the ground floor , with very low windows so it may not feel very secure, though we had no issues. A larger problem is that the windows don’t block any noise from the street (which is very busy) so at night it is VERY loud and if you’re disturbed by noise you will not get any sleep here. I would recommend bringing ear plugs. Also it’s worth to note the room is very narrow, though if you’re mostly out sightseeing during the day it is not an issue.
