Facilities, space, location, and being clean. Particularly, a bathtub, a hot towel dryer , and kitchen facilities. It contains salt, olive oil, and dry herbs so that I could make a salad dressing. A supermarket is also closeby.
One thing I have to point out. It was difficult for me, as a person who doesn't live in Austria, to open the door to the room. An explanation of how to use the key may be helpful, and the owner promised to check into this.

Die Betten waren schön groß und bequem und die Wohnung und die Wände waren sehr kreativ gestaltet. Eine Waschmaschiene und eine kleine Küche gab es auch, was unsere Reise etwas entspannter machte. Wenn man wollte, konnte man auch die Vorhänge am Bett zuziehen, damit niemand durch das Fenster schaut. Auch Shampoo befand sich bereits in der Dusche.
Man sah an den Wänden Spuren von Dreck, was jedoch im ersten Moment nicht sonderlich auffiel. Die Nachbarschaft war laut, auch in der Nacht (kleine Kinder). In den Kerzen an der Fensterbank befand sich eine dünne Staubschicht.

Симпатичен апартамент с всичко необходимо за вашия престой. На няма и 7-8 минути от Шонбрун. Има няколко ресторанта точно до сградата, както и Хофер до нея. Има платен паркинг до сградата - 13.9 евро на ден. Спирката за автобус и метро са на метри от апартамента.
Достъпът към асансьора минава през вътрешния двор, където са кофите за боклук и в някой дни беше миризливо. В другите дни бяха чисти и не беше проблем. Но не е проблем това да се избегне, като човек се качи по стълбите.
