We stayed for a week here and it had everything we needed. It was very spacious and the staff very helpful if we needed anything. The location was perfect for us. Close to trains buses and supermarkets. Would definitely recommend.
Maybe a few more kitchen utensils and a microwave but we certainly made do.

Studio was well furnished and nice. It is big enough for a family of 3 and location is good - very close to Schönbrunn. Good WiFi - 100/20 Mbit down/up. Quiet neighborhood, several bus stops away from the very center of Vienna.

We entered using door codes, the instructions were very clear and we had no issues at all. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. It was just a 1 minute walk to a bus stop that took us to the various locations we wanted to visit, so I'd say the location is great as well. The lobby area is stunning, with glass ceilings to soak up the sun and cozy weather. Will definitely recommend others to stay.
I honestly can't think of any negatives. Our stay was just for one night and everything was wonderful.

Very outdated, not very clean, old and damaged
No wardrobe to hang clothes
Very small and old decor
No proper mirror
Too much light in the room as big window with only light curtains in the kitchen section and no separation from bedroom, so difficult to sleep with light
