About this apartment rental
A private enclave is our hidden paradise, located in Tauriko, 8 minutes from Tauranga City Centre. This luxury accommodation is a Fully Air Conditioned, bright apartment attached to our house, offering a Swimming Pool, SPA and a sunny deck with BBQ. We live in a quiet neighborhood and have recently renovated the apartment to a high standard. Wander around the large garden and enjoy the garden vista with native birds.
We provide privacy and all necessary amenities, Free WIFI, chrome cast, Free parking. Suitable for up to four people.
Private apartment set back from the road with parking directly outside the Apartment.
Bed Configuration:
Guest Bedroom: 2 x queen bed.
If both queen beds are used by 2 persons an additional laundry fee of $25 applies.
Key Features:
Full kitchen facilities including combined Oven/Microwave, ceramic cooktop, full sized fridge-freezer, dishwasher, toaster, tea & coffee making facilities, lounge & dining area, storage cupboards, laptop friendly workspace, free wifi TV (freeview + chrome cast), bathroom with toilet and front loader washing machine, hairdryer, iron & ironing board, lockbox key access, wardrobe & hangers, swimming pool + hot tub, BBQ.
Others including my family and/or friends may use the Outdoor Pool in Summer months, unless the guests specifically request a time for exclusive use.
The apartment is located in Tauriko, which is a 5 minute drive to shopping centres, tourist spots or nightlife. This location will provide peace and tranquility. I consider it a great location, but please don't expect to walk to the exciting places from my front door. You can see the location on the map before you book, and you can use street view to wander down the streets to see how awesome the neighborhood is.

Security cameras are installed at exterior locations on the property.
Covid 19
We only accept bookings from Guests who are over 25 years of age unless there’re families with children or teenagers.
If you are experiencing COVID like symptoms please confirm a negative test.
If you are awaiting test results please do not enter property.

We had a short and pleasant stay in this very comfortable apartment - perfect location in Tauranga. The pool was nice, but could have been a bit cleaner. Didn’t try the hot tub, but it looked inviting. The area was quiet and peaceful at night, as if not in a city at all. Gary was helpful.

Such a beautiful stay in such a magical place. Always a pleasure to re visit and unwind for a few days in a special place. Host gary is amazing with recommendations to local shops, local places to visit and all in all communication was top tier.

This Place is absolutely stunning and so peaceful. Such an amazing space to reflect, rest and recharge. This amazing place allowed us to feel relaxed, calm and had so much enjoyment connecting and engaging with our little Whanāu. Thank you to the amazing Host Gary for being hospitable, sharing & allowing our Whanau into your space of paradise. This place will not disappoint. Convenient to all that we needed. Such a beautiful space to spend away fr the big smoke of The city life. Will definitely be back
