Lovely cottage, beautifully decorated, very comfortable bed, large towels, lots of condiments to use, very nice extra touches included
Wifi was very slow or did not work. TV did not work very well.

Large, spacious basement suite. Sliding doors opened to the yard and a lovely view across the valley.
Kitchen adequately supplied, so we could cook.
Christine (and Maru) was very quick to respond to any questions or issues. Very fast with all communications.
A quiet setting on a quiet street, only 5 minutes drive to City Basin or to Whangarei Falls and all the tracks. We would like to return, but not without an upgrade to air conditioning.
No Air Conditioning, although the listing stated there is. 😞 a portable "swamp cooler" was provided, but it did not do anything to cool the room. Thankfully, it was not hot when we were there.... although, still we were too warm.
IF air conditioning was supplied, we would return!

I loved everything about the property. Exceptionally clean comfortable private queit. Has been the best accommodation I have stayed at 😊
