Villa Marlene, walking distance to Coral Beach!

The location was excellent. The house layout was good. Across the street, there are smaller tavernas and options for ordering food, but you didn't have to go far for a larger selection either. 10 minutes away, there are two beaches - Coral Bay or Laourou Beach (preferred this better because of the restaurants). You can potentially get by without a car too—there's the 615 bus nearby. By improving small details, this place would go from very good to excellent—all the prerequisites for that are in place.

Didn't like that the children's room is on the first floor. Of the 6 sun loungers, only two were in good condition; the other 4 were worn out. The first-floor toilet has issues with odor—if you pour a little water into the shower and sink after using the toilet, it's manageable. If you plan to cook, the pan isn't suitable for frying, only for stewing. The information we received before arrival was inaccurate—we couldn't find the soap, tea, coffee, sugar, and bottle of water as described. That didn't cause any problems, though, since we didn't expect such things initially.

The property is fabulous, a modern private villa. Watching the sunset from the balcony was wonderful. The immaculate pool and seating area were a haven of tranquility. Shops & bars are very close by.

Spacious. Clean. Good facilities and appliances. Great pool. Felt safe. Good location. Close to local amenities with friendly locals. Beaches within walking distance. Pathos within 25 min taxi ride.

the property was a fantastic location, very modern, great facilities and even had Netflix for evening watches.

unfortunately the beds weren’t very comfortable HOWEVER the host went out of their way to purchase mattress toppers when we complained and it made the beds so much more comfortable.
