About this villa rental
Villa LP is a Luxurious 5 bedroom (sleeps 12), 5 bathroom villa in a 460 covered Sqr area located in Coral Bay Village and offers beautiful sea views and landscaped garden. The open plan living/dining room is bright and spacious with flat screen Satellite TV, relaxing sofas and dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would expect to find at home. The master bedroom has a king size bed, Jacuzzi and a balcony with views of the coast. All rooms have A/C and spectacular view of the coast and/or mountains and/or pool. You will not miss a day without enjoying watching the amazing sunset from the top terrace. You could also enjoy your time in the ground floor sauna.
The Villa is set among very well maintained private grounds of mature trees and lawns with private swimming pool, fully equipped including sunbeds and umbrellas. Located just a few minute walk from all of the local amenities that Coral Bay has to offer including quality restaurants, taverns, beach bars, banks and boutiques and the best sandy beach in the area where you will find safe swimming and a selection of watersports. A regular bus service which is a few minute walk away runs from Coral Bay centre to Papho’s old town and harbour with its bustling markets, shops and sea front taverns, as well as karting, Aphrodite Waterpark and the historic Tomb of the Kings attraction.

We had a lovely week in 36 Sea Caves. Two families with 4 children ranging from 13 - 16 years of age. The house is lovely! Very spacious, clean, tastefully decorated and well equipped. Lilia’s communication was excellent and the one small problem we had during our stay was rectified quickly. The property is in a beautiful, peaceful setting however, I would say you definitely need a hire car. We took a taxi some nights and it is a short ride to the Coral Bay restaurants and bars. Plenty of beach towels were provided which is always a bonus for me, if you don’t have to bring your own! Fantastic pool and patio with different seating options for Al fresco dining and drinks. A welcome pack with bread, milk, water etc was provided too which was a godsend as we arrived at 10 pm. Overall, a fantastic stay and would thoroughly recommend this property!

We spent a week in Villa LP in the middle of May and we had a wonderful time. The Villa was very clean, spacious, well equipped, comfortable and easy to keep cool in warm weather.
There are plenty of options of where to eat, both indoor and outdoor
It is in a quiet location, but only a short 2 min drive into Coral Bay shops, less than that to the sandy beach there.
Lilia, the owner, was very helpful and responsive, we had an issue with an Aircon unit but it was fixed within a couple of hours. She also replaced the dishwasher and microwave whilst we were there even though the originals both worked.
There was an extensive welcome pack provided including bread, milk, fruit juice and freshly laid eggs from Lilia’s hens.
The pool is set back from the house and is completely enclosed so the villa is safe for toddlers.
I would highly recommend Villa LP for a large group.

Good location, spacious and very comfortable.
40 mins from airport.
Local bars, restaurants and shops all within walking distance although you may want to hire a car.

I can not fault Lilia with her communication and her response to any requests. Lilia and her family are great hosts. There was bread , milk , eggs etc provided for our arrival and we were sent fruit and eggs on out second week.
However the property is rather tired and needs some investment . It looks like some money is being invested in the lower level of the villa, the games room, sauna and bathroom were out of action which wasn’t communicated prior to our arrival .
The property is listed as 5 bathrooms it’s 4 bathrooms and a toilet room and one bathroom is off the games room and is out of action.
The location wasn’t the best, you need ideally to drive especially at night to restaurants/bars. As no pathways on the dark roads.
We did have a lovely holiday and the hosts were fantastic. The villa was just tired and too far out for us .
