Fabulous Villa, in Coral Bay, Walking Distance to the Beach and Amenities
This fabulous spacious villa with private pool is located on the outskirts of the well-known family resort of Coral Bay and within 8-10 minutes’ walk of the sandy beach and local amenities. Approached from a long-gated driveway the villa offers a real sense of space and privacy due to its extensive mature gardens.
For larger groups:
Next to this villa (30 meters away) there is another one villa of 3 bedrooms.
Outside: are the private swimming pool with the terrace, the BBQ, the large furnished dining area offering shade under the pergola, the large gardens with orange and lemon trees and the covered parking place.
The villa is arrange in 2 levels:
-Downstairs are the sitting and dining area, the kitchen and 2 twin bedrooms with a separate shower room. In this level is a fitness room with a variety of fitness equipment.
-Upper floor are remaining 3 double bedrooms: the master bedroom en-suite with corner bath and a private balcony, an additional bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a further bedroom with en-suite shower room. The last 2 bedrooms share a balcony with views of the surrounding area and Mediterranean Sea.
The bedrooms and fitness room are equipped with air-conditioning which can be used for either cooling or heating (cost included in the rental prices). The villa also provides air con in the sitting area charge extra EURO 10 per day/payable locally
A table tennis table and WIFI are available.

The beautiful beach resort of Coral Bay is often described as the best bay on the west of the island. And it’s no surprise, when you consider the calm turquoise sea, dipping gently into some of the clearest offshore diving space in the Mediterranean, the scattered palm trees, the 600 meters of soft white sand and, in summertime, the almost cloudless blue skies.

Nice spacious property in a lovely location. Decoration is a bit tired but overall we enjoyed our stay. Had some issue finding the property as taxi we prearranged with the host did not collect us from the airport. Also the sign with the name of the property had letters missing so was hard to identify!

Really enjoyed our stay here. Villa is in a great location with walking distance to the beach and restaurants.
The host was excellent and is always contactable if needed.
We were a family of 11 and each room is a decent size with loads of storage. 3 rooms upstairs with good size ensuites. The villa has a large outdoor area and looks out to the sea in the distance surrounded fruit trees.
Pool is a good size and spent a lot of time in it.
All of us are sad we didn't book a bit longer.

We contacted the host on the first day to say the toaster didn’t work and to pay for the air-con in the living room, this seemed ok. The toaster was replaced that afternoon which was good. I then contacted the Host to say the pool was leaking and it was spraying over the electrics “this was not received well” I got a very RUDE response not a thank you for letting them know something was wrong but a response to say we weren’t buying the villa and that we are the ones with a problem. I was extremely shocked as we were only letting them know of this. I have never been spoken to like this by someone who we have paid a lot of money to to rent the place. It put a very bad feeling over the holiday as after this they had lots of people arriving to FIX the problem under the pool but didn’t let us know so we had lots of cars and trucks arriving with no warning from the host! We also had decorations everywhere from the previous guests which hadn’t been taken down which wasn’t great such a shame the host was the way he was.
