Amazing pool, lots of space, close to the beach, family loved the pool table, lovely space to hang out as a family outside, restaurants in walking distance and a good spot for tours or day trips. Kyriakos was great at responding to messages. We loved it and feel a bit sad having to go back home.

Wir hatten einen fantastischen Aufenthalt in dieser Villa. Die Lage ist einfach unschlagbar: man ist in wenigen Minuten am Strand und kann die Ruhe voll genießen. Die Villa selbst ist top gepflegt, modern und bietet alles, was man für eine gute Zeit braucht. Der Check-in und die Kommunikation waren absolut unkompliziert und sympathisch. Wer auf Zypern eine schöne Unterkunft in Strandnähe sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Gerne wieder! 5 Sterne

Pool area is beautiful, plenty of space everywhere else in the villa. Pool table, sauna & hottub is brilliant Good location, nice few restaurants around & bus route right outside with a taxi rank also.

The outdoor area, including BBQ and swimming pool is fantastic. The Sauna is also a welcome bonus. Location, although touristy, is okay: walking distance from the beach and a supermarket. The host was friendly, welcoming and accommodating. Because of this, we are disappointed to have to leave what is overall a quite critical review, however we felt as though our overall stay didn't match the luxury billing, so we want to help other guests avoid such disappointment
This villa must have once upon a time been really luxurious - most surfaces are covered with marble! Unfortunately however the overall standard of maintenance and cleanliness (broken fridge seal, damp, mouldy bathrooms, shower heads and taps covered in limescale, shower drain blocked, dirty toilet brushes left out, etc... ) left us feeling disappointed. Especially so considering we take a lot of care to read reviews and research carefully where to stay. Netflix is also not provided despite being advertised. This place, with such a lovely outdoor area, could be an amazing place to stay. In our opinion, at the moment it is suitable for stag/hen parties, but not for a luxury family holiday. It really needs shutting to guests for a couple of months so that proper maintenance and updating can take place - it needs a bit of love to restore it to it's former glory
