Good communication from host Clear instructions in villa on how to use everything. Short walk to stunning corallia beach / , pleasant walk up to coral bay restaurants. Bus stop nearby . Sports bar / restaurant , called Legends , short walk away with live entertainment. Local supermarket. Villa very clean inside Good WiFi / air con / tv/ kitchen facilities Good air con Covered car parking on site Pool cleaned regularly / sunbeds and 2 parasol shades available

Needs new furniture in lounge area . ( Only 1 Corner sofa which is too small and very uncomfortable causing everyone back ache. ) Also needs new mattress in main bedroom / comfier pillows / mattress protector and pillow protectors . Stray cats were using outdoor furniture to sit/ sleep on , so the seat cushions were dirty and we couldn’t use them . Need somewhere to store the cushions when not in use .

Villa is much nicer than the photos! Beautiful weather, Dave who managed the villa was very helpful, we had a couple of minor issues that he sortedr out straight away. Buses are easy to get near Corellia beach only 2 euros each that take you to Coral Bay beach and the strip where all the restaurants are. Fantastic holiday we will be back next year
