Lovely dog Friday lodge on a large friendly park, nothing open out of season at all and you can’t really walk to a pub o

It was lovely and airy with some nice decorating touches

The entrance to the property was green with algae as was the deck, the door lock is very hard to open and close and feels very much like it’s going to break, and a few mould marks on the net curtains on the main bedroom

Nothing, but if really picky the games room on site could be available but this isn’t the owners problem. However we was more than busy so nice to just come back to a warm property and chill out.

When we arrived, I liked that tea, coffee and even biscuits was provided. It was also very clean and very comfortable.

The only thing I didn't like so much, which wasn't a major - nor would it put me off staying again, was it's a bit draughty.

A beautiful caravan and the cleanest I've ever stayed in. The complimentary items were a god send after a long drive and with restless kids. The owner very accommodating and great Comms when needed. Definitely recommend and use ourselves again if in the area. Thank you.

Nothing we diddnt like atall, the only thing that was a very slight issue. Was the blinds in the master bedroom bathrooms and the one in the kitchen was dirty. (We completely understand why, because the windows have been open and it's dirt from outside but it still wasn't very nice upon arrival) again on the scale of things this was very a slight inconvenience and we Would still come back :)

A fab location and very well equipped and comfortable caravan!

We found the caravan very comfortable and clean. I didn’t realise on booking that it had 2 bathrooms, which was a pleasant surprise with having a teenager. The shower pressure was strong and it easy to adjust the temperature. We cooked on a few occasions and did this we great ease as the kitchen was well equipped with pots, pans and utensils. There where a few games, tv and dvd player which came in handy on the day we had rain. The site the caravan was situated on was clean and quiet, we made use of the pool which you booked on the day at 9am, it opened from 10-4.45 for the visitors and it was pleasantly warm. The shop was open 9-5pm and had all the bits and bobs you may need and was reasonably priced. We didn’t use the pixie inn as we tended to venture out to Newquay which is only a 10 minute drive away. The location was fantastic for us as crantock beach was 5 min drive away, we visited the Bowwie inn as the views over the bay where fab, fistral beach was 10 minutes away and st Ives was less than an hour away. We will definitely stay here again in the future to visit the beaches and coves that we missed out on. Thank you for a lovely holiday experience Jo!

Lovely comfy caravan close to Newquay.

Lovely caravan, nice decor, very comfortable, nice touches of throws, tea and biscuits very appreciated. Outside deck lovely and nice quiet location, close to Newquay - about 10min drive.

What would make it exceptional are just a few things - replace rusty radiators in both bathrooms (1 leaks), needs some ambient lighting in the living room i.e. a lamp! Small glasses, glass wine glasses, 1 smaller frying pan, a smaller washing up bowl that fits the sink, a nest of tables in lounge, washing up brush.

Lovely caravan that was clean and modern, had everything you needed ideal for family’s little park opposite short drive to the beach would definitely book again for longer next time personally for that area this time of year it was a bargain the kid’s preferred it to some of the posh cottages

Lovely and clean with brilliant facilities! Me and my friends loved being able to come back to such a nice place after our long days out.

My friend wasn’t the happiest that he got stuck with the sofa bed as the mattress was a little thin 😂 (but he’s a very fussy sleeper so I didn’t pay attention to him)

Loved everything about our stay. We’ve stayed in many places in Newquay but Jo’s caravan is so cosy and homely we never want to leave. It has everything you need and is spotlessly clean. Jo is great at communicating and is super friendly.
