It was clean and didn’t have funny spells

The parking fills up quickly, at times you could hear the neighbors or people walking in the hallway

The staff! Customer service is HORRIBLE! Water was off for an entire day got stuck in elevator for over 20 minutes and NO type of compensation! Assistant manager was extremely rude!

Bed was old and rusty and very uncomfortable. There were dead bugs in the room. Great for just a quick stay.

Where do I even start, first off the entrance is just a single doorway into a hallway that leads into the main lobby which is the size of a cracker box. The decor was drab, if they were trying to go for halfway house for a Midwestern community then they nailed it perfectly. It had the charm and appeal of a microwave, mac and cheese box. The second that you walk into the room you're hit with the level of humidity it felt like someone was just running a sauna an hour before. The room was not in disarray but it did look like it was intentionally just mediocre and mild. There was a chair that was peeling and I mean truly peeling like a banana. I'm not sure if anyone is supposed to sit there or just appreciate how it ties in the most blandest room in the world. Outside of a handful of spiders that just thought it would be a good idea to hang out. The rest of the space was like I said, just okay.

Roaches on the floor, bathroom door doesn’t close door latch. Installed the wrong way hinges installed the wrong way. A 1920s chair was in the room with all fabric fading away and ripping apart, needed to ask for a sheet to lay over the chair so I could sit on it. Remove the cover of the mattress and found lots of urine poo stains and blood stains. I refuse to even stay the night. I checked out. The general manager said he didn’t care so I called corporate office and enlarged a large complaint. I have 20 pictures and I’m gonna go to social media And rip this place in new hole as well as recommendation stay away

The room was okay but there was furniture ripped up old and smelly…. Was told that house cleaning service only happens every 2 weeks. What happened to everyday service.

There were guest smoking outside the front door. It was huddles at the elevators. Didn’t seem safe for a female coming in late from work

Worst hotel I've ever been in honestly.. A total waste of time and money. This hotel is more like an apartment in the hood. The rooms are in extremely poor condition, not maintained. It felt unsafe. Upon check-in, the front desk attendant informed me that they were out of key holders/jackets, she couldn't write the room number down or the wifi password. I go up to the first room assigned to me on the 4th floor and I couldn't even make it through the threshold, it stunk of cigarette smoke, hot, moldy air. I went back down to request a room change as I had previously reserved a non-smoking room online, she puts me in a room where there was a hole in the wall, the chair upholstery was stripped up-like it came from the garbage dump, and a rusted refrigerator. I didn't even unload my bags from the car. The 3rd floor hallway smelled like weed. I spent less than a half hour between checking -in, and looking at both rooms and immediately checked out. Unfortunately I was still charged for my first day of $101. Plus, the hotel does not include breakfast. Would not recommend. The hotel should not even be called "Suites" anything. That was very misleading.

Stay were rude and unprofessional . Room 207 had roaches. I told the front desk his reply was “oh ok I’ll let housekeeping know” you can clearly tell he’s use to this complaint

The only bad thing was that the elevators were down. But who doesn’t need some exercise??

The room was clean and the ac was cold. The washroom area was clean however the laundry soap was not refilled.

If you don't stay longer than 14days then room service is not available. Also there is no lounge area for the hotel guests, there were a lot of people standing outside the building, in the lobby(small area) and some people in the back area. Due to no set hrs of the lobby and back area it was always a groups of people around. We weren't comfortable allowing our child to go anywhere without one of us to accompany them, even to the vending machine. Pets are allowed however you have to walk around the parking lot area where the grass is located or the back of the building near the smoking area. There is no security on the premises nor any suvallance in the parking lot. If you are looking for pieces of mind and a relaxing time this is not the place. Ps. There is no pool

Hotel and the room was clean and bed was very comfortable. The location was great for me.

I stayed 2 nights and each night the elevator didnt work.. The refrigerator didnt work and no one available to check it out; thetefore was moved to different room on a different floor, which was not easy with the elevator out of service.. Would not be my first choice if needed to stay again.

The only thing I liked was the location.

The elevator was on the fourth floor so I walked all 4 flights. I called up front for sheets towels. I was told that I had to walk back back downstairs to retrieve them. As for the sheets, i was told they were out of sheets and that I would need to bring my dirty sheets so that it can get washed while I lay on a bed with no sheets. The room was dirty when. I enter. It looks some spilled something on the wall which sould have been cleaned up. The unite smelled of mold.

Finding parking spaces were difficult because of the work being done on the tarmac.

Staff weren’t friendly and the was always a diesel smell in the air. Whiff of weed was also lingering. Rooms were not as clean and comfortable.

No breakfast, no clean linen, they had to wash it. No room service to clean. Not enough clean towels to bath and get new ones. Elevator constantly running hot and you had to take the stairs.
