I will never recommend this motel to anybody. I wish I can get my money back.

I had no breakfast

I have no running hot water. I saw two roaches on the floor the room needs to be renovate spots on the ceiling. The beds were very old.

Afternoon front desk made me smile.

Afternoon front desk was amazing, and smile and happy. She made the stay pleasant. If it was not for her, I would be giving a much lower score.

Morning front desk was rude, and would not let me start the check in paperwork even If the room was not ready. Both me and another gentleman complained to the afternoon front desk agent about the morning agent. She left right at 3:00pm even thought he next agent was not there, and she could't care less.

Don’t stay here! Nuisance and abatement.

Nothing really. We didn’t even stay there. There was a nuisance abatement notice on the wall near the office. Seems like most people stay there as their primary residence. They even had a sign stating thru could run background checks on anyone staying there. What kind of “hotel” does that.

Everything. The nuisance abatement sign was a red flag and when we finally got our keys to check out the room, it was sub par. Not sure I would have wanted to sleep on that bed. People hanging out in the halls and the smell of urine in the stairwells. You could tell that the property isn’t kept up as the exterior looks drastically different than the photos posted on Booking.

I did not spend the night at this hotel. I left within 30 minutes of checking in after seeing the condition of the room and requested a refund immediately. I would strongly recommend not staying at this hotel. The property is extremely dirty and poorly maintained, with a strong, unpleasant smell inside the room and throughout the building. The rooms and common areas feel neglected and unhygienic. there were multiple cockroaches inside the room, including in the bed sheets, which is completely unacceptable and unsanitary. This alone made the stay unbearable. There appear to be long-term residents staying at the hotel who play loud music at all hours and smoke around the property, making it uncomfortable and disruptive. Noise levels are constant, and the environment feels chaotic rather than relaxing. Most importantly, I did not feel safe during my stay. Between the noise, smoking, and overall atmosphere, this place felt more like a rundown apartment complex than a hotel. Management does not seem to enforce any rules or care about guest experience. Save your money and look elsewhere.

Honestly don't have much good to say about the place. It did have a full fridge and the tv selection was pretty good.

Building very old on the inside and hallways. Keycard/door was awful, repeatedly couldnt get it open. Had to have it reset at front desk twice. A sign outside the main office: This property is under the jurisdiction of the city of fort lauderdale nuisance abatement board and is being monitored by the fort lauderdale police department. A lot of lets say shady characters there as its more of an extended stay place than vacation place. No utensils in the kitchen, no plunger, no coffee maker. The gates were closed a lot and to open I just honked my horn.

Staff was lovely. Many of the residence were very nice.

My room 113 had one roach, black mold from the constant drip in the shower. The floors, which I cleaned when I realized the water was coming out of the shower pan, produced a black towel. The grounds were very dirty. The walls are insanely thin and many of the residences srtay upo at ngith and you can hear everyhting they do tyhroguht the walls.

We were in town for business, and the location was about 3 minutes from where we had to go, so that worked out fine

The place is in need of a makeover. Shower, curtain and floor of the room had all kinds of stains. The air condition system would cut out for long periods of time, so the room would not be cool. The phone didn't have a cord attached, so we could not make any calls. Oh, and we saw several roaches in the room.

DO NOT STAY HERE!

Absolutely nothing about it! I thought the price was a great one until I got there. The price should be half of what it is and honestly, people need to be warned about the environment they are going to be arriving to.

I got there and the parking lot was flooded. There were about 10 to 15 guys just hanging outside of their cars, smoking weed, drinking, and playing obnoxiously loud music. I could barely rest. I felt unsafe to the point that I checked out 3 hours afterward. Kids were running up and down the hallways. Not a place I feel should even be on Booking. This is the 1st bad experience I have had and hope to never have it again.

I didn’t like anything about this location. It had roaches and I had to check out early and find a new hotel. When I first arrived they sent me to another room occupied with a guest who then told me to get out of her room when it was mine. I will never stay here again in my life.
