Overall this was a decent clean quiet hotel.
Cons: The hotel is behind another hotel so I got confused and missed my turn and had to travel an additional 7 miles out. Parking is not close so be prepared to walk or drop your belongings at the front door. Staff were very friendly. The fitness room had a note of open & closed time. I tried from check in to close it stayed locked(only reason I chose this hotel). No ice machine. Close to interstate so traffic can be heard.

I would not recommend this place to stay for what they charge. This place should be in the 1 star category. Loud music during the night with parties, and undesirable folks perusing the hotel. Parking is also insufficient.

Management urgently needs to adhere a guess refresher course of the DO'S AND DON'TS.Why guest of to feel uncomfortable to get simple things like clean beddings replaced. WITHOUT any dirts,brown rust,yellow stains,bleach on brown blankets with lots of leants.Then, get the same one back unwashed and told there is no more.Smh.Seriously????😳😨😞.It,s a decent location for all your business needs for the work.But, why making it unbearable for the long term guest who STATING the obvious?LORD please 🙏🏽 intervene in this immediate make over for them to see, understand the ethics of guest servicing without throwing attitudes,sad faces like guest bothering them.Wisdom, knowledge of guest front desk training URGENTLY needed with any bias.In life there is always time to CHANGE to doing the right thing and making a total difference in the working environment to make guest happy 😊. Remember they bring revenue to the work place ,which in returned helps supports the employee livelywood as well.It doesn't cost ANYTHING at all to do the correct things at work to make the long term guests them comfortable and not feeling like they are asking for too much for the SIMPLE COMMON SENSE of things right there in front there eyes can be IMMEDIATELY corrected before handing out anything damaged,dirty and no longer HOSPITALITY SERVICING to give the guest.Check carefully,dash away or give a new one.It's as simple as that.Period! Why people always try to make other people life,or work situation and surroundings uncomfortable?????WHY?
