Super comfy beds!
Great location, only 5 minutes drive to Mumbles but so close to the main road to the South Gower making it easy to get out and about
Only a minor issue, that when we arrived I was desperate for the toilet and there was no loo roll!

More information on boiler ,was very cold

Lovely big kitchen and a fantastic bathroom, recently refurbished. Shower is amazing! Comfy bedrooms. Lovely big garden table & chairs on the patio. Communication with Amy was fantastic.
The fridge only had 1 shelf in it which was broken & no door shelf so storing food & drink was difficult but the owner will get it replaced. There is no indoor dining table so when it is too wet to eat outside there is only the breakfast bar to perch on stools at. The light above the hob was broken as was the extractor fan in the bathroom. But the owner will get it all sorted.

open plan and enclosed garden
Main road, bathroom felt and smelt damp, dripping tap, broken door handle to hallway, broken toys in garden and a lack of utensils in the kitchen. Needs some TLC.
