The stay was comfortable with a clean environment, good hot water, and emenities that made the experience pleasant. The bathroom and sleep quality were satisfactory, and transport access was convenient.

We had a wonderful 3-night stay at A.T. Hotel Hakata. The room was surprisingly spacious—especially given the very reasonable price—and felt much larger than typical city hotels. The location is excellent: it’s conveniently close to both LaLaport Fukuoka for shopping and the airport for a stress-free departure. A great value-for-money choice that we would definitely recommend!

Clean apartment, nicely decorated with cat paintings. Some useful guides on a the board at the lobby.
Self check-in via a terminal and the key is in a black box that opens with a passcode. Have to check in between 3 to 7:30pm.
Rentable pots and pans, which is a hassle because staff is only available from certain time.
Parking requires reservation even though it wasn’t fully used, which does not make sense.
The lift is extremely small, had to go up and down 2-3times. No porter service. No one was at the front desk.
As a foreigner, we would appreciate the help with booking of a taxi to the airport but again, was directed to do it by ourselves via App. Since we did not have a local number, it was hard to download and call for one.
Thankfully we met a helpful driver who helped us to call for one in the early morning.
