The ONE Apart Hotel Luxury Suites & Apartments

The host was really nice and he helped me a lot with coming ;) it was pretty late but he was very flexible. Even suggested two rooms to chose from because there was one extra left. Later helped with some minor stuff too, and was always replying quickly to the texts if I needed some information. The cleaning ladies were amazing, they changed the sheets and made the room neat (invisibly, when I was away in the city). The whole design was great too. A lot of space, very good bed, nice idea to have a sofa too, so you could sit after the long day and even though it was one big room it was well-design so you had an impression it was bigger. Downstairs there was such a lovely cafe that I was visiting at least twice a day with the best coffee I had in Macedonia.

It is a little run-down. Some things like repainting the walls or mounting the baseboards or changing the fronts of some cupboards would add to the place those few extra points to call it "luxury". In my room the water from the shower went to the middle of the bathroom making a big pool, even if I was careful. These are minor things but the only two that bothered me was 1. poor internet and 2. the AC needed some better maintenance (or an upgrade for a new model) - my nose was blocked when it was on (which wasn't the case when I was staying in other places travelling across the Balkans, so I'm pretty should it was the poor AC).

Luxurious apartment in the heart of the city. My apartment was on the 4th floor, and despite being on the main boulevard, you cant hear anything when the window is open. The cleaning ladies are fabulous and they do a great job. The host is super fast with any queries and he made sure i had a comfortable stay. Worth every single euro, if you want comfortable and luxurious apartment in the city centre, look no further! This is THE ONE :)

Lillies in the hallway were a wonderful touch. The staff were responsive.

It’s an old office building turned hotel in the center and on the corner of a busy street. I was looking for a place I could spread out and work, and I didn’t get that. The shower didn’t work, there wasn’t a second bed. I was willing to spend more for the space but got the smaller room. I would not recommend for single woman traveling. There were rooms that matched the pictures, unfortunately mine was not one of them. It was a small studio.
