The location being in the city center and close to everything was very appealing. It was also great that the house had a garage and there was no parking problem.
Unfortunately, the iron wasn't working and the circuit breakers tripped when we plugged it in. I don't mean this negatively, but it would be much better if the host bought a new iron.
