Good space even with 4 suitcases, beds were comfortable. Shower is pretty big, check-in was easy and good. Communication by whatsapp/mail very quick and clear.

The location/neighborhood in the evening is quite dark, for woman maybe not too comfortable. Towels you need to ask for, would be more logical to replace them without asking. Small detail but no mirror with a sink, for EU person maybe weird for shaving but not a deal breaker.

Close walk to train station and about 15min to main area of Shinjuku Decent size compared to others in Japan for the price Washing machine with one free pack of detergent provided

Stairs to get to room no elevator, we were only on second floor luckily but something to note if you are higher

It is a great apartment close to two train stations. It is very quiet area, but you just walk a block and you are in the middle of a lively neighbourhood with lots of food places etc. The apartment was great, quiet at night, comfortable beds and great air conditioning. Great towels were also provided and washing machine and drying facilities worked very well. There is no lift in the building and this is the top floor apartment on level 3. It is two sets of stairs since level 1 is the ground floor in Japan.

Living room floor a little sticky. There are no cooking utensils, just plates, cups and cutlery. It didn’t matter to us since we didn’t plan to cook but I thought I mention it in case you are booking an apartment to be do home cooking. There was a kettle though.
