Loved the location because it was so quiet but not far from Dartmouth. The Roost was very clean and had everything you needed for a relaxing stay.

Amazing location, great views and grounds, beautiful property, Comfy couch. Squeaky clean 7-10 min drive to Dartmouth. Sainsbury's & Lidl Supermarkets 5 min drive. Bonus cattle in the sheds up the hill, Horses & foal behind the gate. Abundance of swallows.
