Communication was excellent throughout. The property was lovely and clean and very inviting. Kitchen very well equipped. Large screen SMART TV and excellent Wifi. The site is located about 2.5miles from Dartmouth but the bus stops at the site entrance and is an hourly service. Lovely quiet and peaceful location. Would definitely stay at this property again, Highly recommended.

Great communication from the host from the time of booking through to departure. Easy access on arrival and the chalet close to 2 supermarkets and park and ride into Dartmouth. The chalet was very clean, well equipped with everything you needed for a holiday break. Excellent value for money.

This is one of the most well-equipped chalets I have ever stayed in. There was everything you could need, right down to small touches such as a box of plasters and a pack of paracetamol. The owner regularly texted me to make sure everything was all right and was always available to answer queries by text. There is an hourly bus service to Dartmouth and Totnes from outside the gate.
Neither of these is the fault of the chalet owner, but the outside park lighting wasn't working when I was there, so everything was pitch black after dark. Also the last bus from Totnes is just after 7:00pm and the last bus from Dartmouth is at 7:50pm, so to spend the evening in either place would need a taxi ride.
