Wonderful clean safe unit! Easy walk from the train station and easy walk to the main tourists area.

We did not have to use the phone number to call and get the outside door key. Because someone happened to be walking out at the time. When I did call the number it went by to a voicemail which may have been a problem. Bud, once we got into the building the lock box was very easy to find and use.

Beautiful and spacious apartment

The apartment looked really nice and modern, it was spacious and clean. The location was very good and you could walk everywhere. The TV had Netflix and everything else you would need. Easy and fast check-in.

Nice and cozy place

Great position, near the centre and the station. The apartment was clean and newly renovated. It was big enough for 3 adults and there was plenty of space. The host was very kind and available to accommodate our need.

Only problem is that, being a ground floor apartment, there's little natural light.

Pleasant

The appartement was decorated with a lot of love and spotless it was very well kept. It had everything needed for our stay.

The neighborhood is a "rough neighborhood", not the safest place to be in Strasbourg. The appartement has no privacy, you can not open the Windows because it is located on the first floor and the windows open up to a shared patio space where other renters sit as well. Hard to open the door of the appartement because there is no light at that corner of the building and also the mildew smell next door is horrendous.

Good

The location was convenient to the cathedral but the neighborhood was only O.K. a lot of middle eastern men sitting at the outside tables but not a single woman. It was O.K. for us but if I were a single woman, I would not be 100% comfortable.

The owner was not responsive. We did not realize that our phone was locked so we were unable to use it in France. The owner's instructions were to call a certain number in order to enter the front door. I explained to him a couple of days before the scheduled check in, our problem and asked if he could leave the key with a neighbor or a friend where we could pick it up. I explained that we would have access to WIfi the night before we were leaving for Strasbourg and asked him to make sure to reply by then. His answer was that he would think about it. We did not receive any reply before we lost our access to WIFI. We did not know how to reach the owner although we asked for an answer as soon as possible. We had to buy a new phone in order to be able to enter the propriety. When we arrived at Strasbourg station we received a reply asking us as to what time we would be arriving. He obviously did not pay any attention to our request since as far as he knew we had not yet purchased a new phone and would not have been able to answer him. . I also e mailed him during our stay that the Netflix were asking for his password and he did not even bother to reply. When one does not speak French the communication with the host is very important. We had stayed three days in an apartment in Saverne and the hosts were so responsive and so helpful and informative that to encounter such unresponsiveness was quite a contrast. I would not recommend this property.

Pleasant

The living room is big and a child's bed was provided within the bedroom. The property is well located 5 minutes walk from the city center and from the train station. Kitchen is well equipped.

Something important to know, that is not in the property description, is that when you arrive there is no code to get into the building but it is necessary to call a french telephone number which open the building door. As our telephone was not working in France, it was difficult for us to enter to the building as we needed to get WiFi in the train station to call the property administrator through whatsapp. However he was not available to hand over the keys and we needed to go to the property and then wait for him to call to this number. Other things are that blankets were not available to use the sofa bed in the living room, and the water heater is within the bedroom and it is a little noisy in the night.

Very nice apartment, great location

The location is great - lots of shops and restaurants around, walking distance to Petite France, Cathedral, all main sites and the main train station. The apartment is very cute, clean and well equipped. Perfect for a couple.

The host is not very responsive, did not get back to us on our query regarding late check-out optuons, raised twice prior to our stay. Second TV in the bedroom was not operational. Other than that everything was great.

Great location. Felt like home.

The kitchen was well equipped and the host left us cookies and milk. Also there were spices to cook. We felt at home. Room not too big but was ok.

Shower leaks water to bathroom floor, water doesn't drain fast enough. This was the only thing, and it's a minor issue. All rest was ok.

Excellent accommodation, newly decorated and furnished (even 2 TVs - bedroom and living room), and efficient central heating. Quiet accommodation away from any noise. Bed and double sofa-bed comfortable. Well-located, close to station and pleasant walk (10 minutes) to town centre and close to tram network.

設備に洗濯機が書いてないが、洗濯機が完備されていたのは予想外に助かった。冷蔵庫も大きく、長期滞在に向いてると思う。部屋も広く、中庭があるのは過ごしやすい。ロケーションは非常によく、駅や観光地だけでなく、パン屋やスーパーも50mほどにあるので、使いやすい。

スタッフから全く返事が無く、トラブルの対応が困った。エントランスの扉が開かなくて、メールしたが返事が無く、とても困った。幸いにして隣の店舗のスタッフには解錠してもらい入室できたが、もし日曜なら私達は部屋に入れなかったはずだ。お湯が電気給湯器なので、容量が少ない。夕ご飯の後に、シャワー浴びていると水になった。事前に情報が欲しかった。計画的な入浴や食器洗いの必要がある。家族四人で連続して入浴は難しいと思う。

Appartement calme, proche centre

Appartement au calme, fonctionnel, propre, proche du centre-ville. Matelas de la chambre bien confortable.

Matelas du canapé jugé trop ferme par nos enfants de 13 ans. Il serait bon de mettre une vraie alèse et non un plastique sur le matelas : bruyant et le drap ne tient pas dessus. Quartier de la gare pas très bien fréquenté le soir venu.

Duidelijke uitleg waar we de sleutels konden gehad vooraf, waardoor we het appartement makkelijk konden vinden inclusief de sleutels.

Het halletje waar de sleutels lagen was erg donker, we miste hier een lampje.

Nous avons apprécié le calme du logement et sa situation géographique. Nous étions très proches du centre ville et des musées.

A revoir la douche qui fuit au niveau de la fermeture et la pomme de douche. Sinon tout était très bien
