Incredible and wonderful stay

We love everything about the house. Responsive, helpful host, super location,the stunning sunset view right in front of the house, a cozy terrace where you can enjoy the peaceful breezy atmosphere anytime.

Breathtaking

The views and absolutely breathtaking. We were in awe the entire time. The house is clean and comfortable and huge! We had a kitchenette and were able to make food there too which helped. Luckily we had the room with the private upstairs subbed deck area. As the two outside tables were actually a shared space with the other unit of the house which we didn’t expect. But no problem as luckily we had our own fully private mini deck upstairs ! The sunsets from here we really felt like VIPS, all nearby restaurants have minimum spend to watch the sunsets as you’ll see people on every spare wall to watch it and we had front row seats with this accommodation

Amazing location, the property has tons of patio space and the rooms are quite large considering they are in a cliff. 10/10 worth the walk down the steps!

Location is a bit difficult to get to with luggage given the cliff side. The host was very helpful in helping us find the property as Google maps is a bit unclear at times.

Fantastic!

Great location .Quiet area. Staying there felt like an authentic greek island cave house experience. Friendly and helpful host who met us at the bus stop and showed us to the house. Aircon works well. We enjoyed the outside terrace at the top having breakfast and lying in the lounge chairs watching the sunset. There is also a table and chairs near the front door with nice caldera views.

Just note that from inside the house there is minimal caldera views.

Great stay in a best point of Oia

It was one of the best places we have ever stayed in. We have enjoyed a lor the local feeling and confort of having all just walking distance. The main attraction points are just some minutes walk but some steps away from the crowds. The sunset can be viewed just from the terrace of this property. Everything worked fine: the wifi, the shower, the AC. Allowed us make an early check in which was a plus for us due the fact we are traveling with an almost 5 years old kid. He enjoyed the place as well. The place is enough for a family with 2 kids or for a couple of 4-5 friends. The communication with the host is amazing. Trying in every moment to help. Thank you for everything.

Our family of 5 adult children had a most fantastic 4 nights

Fantastic location. Cute villa with a surprise loft. Most amazing view. All in all, our adult family of 5 had a great time.

Broken shower head needs fixing. Not alot of hot water, but being summer not a huge problem. Incredible views, but be aware that you don't quite get the perfect sunset view from your table and chairs as there is 1 building that obscures the last 5 minutes of setting sun. Saying that, you only need to walk up the hill 5m and you have the perfect sunset. Being summer, the loft double bed was intolerably hot, and we didn't use it. But I must also add, we were unaware that there was bed loft when booking.

Excellent Location, Great for a family of 4. Good comfortable beds. Adequate kitchen appliances. phone signal inside property is non existent . Mini market, restaurants, view points to see sunset are walking distance. Caldera view is brilliant. Outdoor space was really good.

A nice villa to see sunset in Santorini.

The location of the villa. The host’s sister (Lia) was very accommodating. The availability of kitchen appliances (microwave & refrigerator). Daily house keeping.

Internet connection and cell phone signal were not good. The iron couldn’t be plugged to the outlet.

Great location in an authentic cave house between the old castle and the old windmill.

The location was superb, it was between the old castle and the old windmill and had an amazing view of the sunset each night. It was an old cave house which had been done up and was very cool. We had our own table and chairs outside the room to enjoy the amazing scenery and we also had an upstairs outdoor area as well and a small room upstairs as well with a bed on the floor to make the most of the view. The hosts arranged for us to have porters to bring our large suitcases down to our accommodation and up again which is well worth the extra money.

You have to go up and down a lot of stairs which is to be expected. Also to be expected is the crowds from the cruise ships which makes it very busy in the small alleyways of Oia. It is much nicer when they have gone and it becomes calm again.

Great Location, beautiful views

Perfectly located in Oia, without being too far down the cliff. It's very spacious and has wonderful views and quiet in the evening. It was perfect for the one night stay we had in Oia. The outdoor seating and lounge chairs were perfect for the mornings and lounging in the evening. The hosts booked us a taxi to collect us from the ferry terminal, which was great. Wifi worked great and having the smart TV was great for our down time. They were able to hold our luggage while we explored on our last day, since we had a late flight.

We were told upon booking that the hosts would meet us once we got to Oia, which did not happen, but it was not my first time in Oia, so I was able to manage to get to the property without issue. The beds could have been more comfy (at least the twin beds).

Overall, everything was good. I would stay there again if visiting Santorini.

The location was perfect. Excellent view and fit our family of 5 nicely. The host was great. At first, the communication was slow, but when we did speak, he was very helpful. I highly recommend the property. The property looks better in person than in the photos.

Having one bathroom was difficult, but we knew that before we arrived. The shower head did not work well, but everything else was good.

The only downside was that it was only accessible by a multitude of stairs. This is true of most of the properties in Oia so difficult for people with mobility issues.

Bucket list item ticked off - so glad we came to Santorini

The location of this property is a major selling point - it is perfect just along from Kastros restaurant where we went one evening for dinner (book a table) and to see the sunset - although you can see it from the property too !! after experiencing the bus from the port to Oia (Chaos) we were glad to be staying in Oia and have everything to hand - also a great pool bar just down the lane to relax at during the hot and busy time of the day. Katerina was also on hand to help if needed.

Amazing view from top of Oia

The location of this cave house was at the top what offers you an amazing view and also easy to reach. Starting from the municipality it is just a 5 to 10 minutes walk with hand luggage. We even get help from the owners. Shops, restaurants and markets are nearby. I really recommand this cave house when you want to stay in Oia.

Location was amazing with best view of castle and the sea. Host was so nice and helpful. Katerina arranged pick up from the ferry port as well as the car to airport at 4:30 am - so grateful! this house was the highlight of our trip to Santorini. location is amazing with views over the village of oía, the sea and the sunsets, private little patio is perfect for breakfast or happy hour, and there is even a second patio for lounging. house stays cool despite the heat outside and has great air conditioning. it’s tastefully decorated and very comfortable! katerina is the host, she welcomed us and explained all the highlights of the island and arranged porters for luggage. amazing!

The location is great, quite close to the old castle and has amazing sunset views. The room was cozy and well maintained and there is an extra room and private terrace on the second floor. The host is very friendly and showed me around Oia on the way to the room and even gave me a small souvenir.

The view of the sunset was not as good as the property name suggests, at least when we were there (May). It was kinda behind the hill and we didn't end up watching it from the roof (which was fine, but still).

The ideal Oia/ Santorini location!

Great location! We parked nearby and we were walked to the cave! The views are unbeatable and it is close to walk to have food in the evening!

It was windy in the middle of the night and a turnbuckle broke- I am sure this was a fluke- and not the fault of the property managers.
