We had a great stay. The place was very clean, the staff was friendly, and the facilities were modern and well-maintained. Would definitely recommend.

The host was an absolute gem. She gave us recommendations and made us feel welcome. The location was perfect for walking into town and also on street parking was available. The accomodation was spotless and helped set the holiday vibe.
I should have booked at least an extra night as there was much to see and enjoy.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Chiara for her hospitality, warm welcome, and valuable tips and recommendations.
My friend and I were absolutely delighted with the apartment and the house, which had everything we needed for a perfect holiday. As someone who is a very light sleeper, it was important to me that it was quiet at night – and it truly was. The neighborhood is very peaceful, plus the mattress and pillows were very comfortable.
I would also like to highlight the lovely terrace and the convenient location of the house, both in terms of public transport and its proximity to the city center.
I can wholeheartedly recommend this place!

Check-in was easy, as we were greeted in person and given clear instructions about the hotel and its amenities.
The local recommendations provided were also very helpful.
The location was convenient, within walking distance to Olbia city centre and nearby bus stops.
It would have been nice if the outdoor furniture had been a bit cleaner.
On our last night, there was some noise in the common areas, likely from other guests. It wasn’t related to the property itself and may have just been a one-time occurrence. We can’t say for sure since we only stayed for two nights.
