Whether you’re here for a short stay, long-term visit, last-minute getaway, or special group trip, we’re committed to making your stay seamless, comfortable, and unforgettable.
1. Guest Requirements
– Primary guest must be 18+ years old to book
– All guests must complete LiV MTL’s online check-in
– ID verification may be required to comply with regulations
2. Check-In & Check-Out
– Check-in: After 4:00 PM
– Checkout: By 11:00 AM
– Late checkout or delays to cleaning may incur additional fees
3. Local & Third-Party Bookings
– Montreal locals and third-party bookings must be approved in advance
– Please message us before booking if this applies to you
– Instant bookings that don’t meet these terms may be reviewed or cancelled
4. Noise, Parties & Smoking
– Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM
– No parties, loud music, or disruptive behavior at any time
– No smoking in units, on balconies, or shared areas
– $250+ fee applies for any smoking-related cleaning or damage
5. Guests & Visitors
– Only registered guests may stay overnight
– Daytime visitors must be approved in advance
– Let us know if your guest count changes
6. Pet Policy
– Pets allowed with prior approval
– $99 per pet, per stay
– Keep pets off furniture and beds
– Never leave pets unattended, and clean up after them
7. Property Use
– No unauthorized commercial use or events
– Illegal activity and weapons of any kind are strictly prohibited
8. Safety & Security
– Always lock all doors and windows when leaving
– Security cameras are in common areas only (never inside units)
– In rare cases, emergency maintenance access may be required — we will notify you in advance
9. Damages & Liability
– Guests are responsible for any damage, loss, or injury during their stay
– Please report any damage promptly
– Unreported issues may result in additional charges
10. Agreement to Rules
Booking confirms your agreement to follow these house rules.
Guests who violate them may be charged for related costs or asked to vacate the property.

The loft was sleek and modern, sort of an IKEA sensibility, very comfortable. We worried about the Arabica comment in the listing and the complimentary earplugs but it was truly no big deal. Didn’t hear a peep! We briefly heard the garbage truck but I hear that at my own house. The floor to ceiling windows are very pretty but two observations - the drapes don’t fully cover the windows for sleeping and we weren’t expecting a view of the back alley. But the time we spent being comfy, cozy, and close to things made that very easy to ignore. There is a great Indian restaurant across the street and Korean style karaoke - glow golf within walking distance all made our evenings just as fun as our sitghtseeing days. Grocery and other shopping is very close, as is safe parking. We have this massive F-150 and we worried about where it would go but that also turned out to be very easy to work out. Don’t hesitate to stay, we had a great visit.
