The location is fantastic! Only a block from the metro, plenty of good options nearby & walkable to the main shopping areas.
I know it’s not a ‘hotel’ but I was surprised that there was no cutlery, napkins, or ice on site after breakfast.

I love the hot breakfast included with the stay! The rooms are clean, there's a bathroom in the unit as well as in the lobby. There are also a few games to play in the lobby if you're bored in the wee morning hours (pinball, a racecar driving sim, etc). Location is less than a 20 minute walk from la Gare Centrale.
My only issue is that before you have a room card (and after you return it), you require security to open the doors in (or out) of the building. The security desk is positioned in such a way that they're not always visible, so you might need to call out, and if you're running late on leaving to catch a train (for example), waiting for security to be at the desk and/or notice you so that you can leave can be a little frustrating.

The breakfast.
I can't find a parking spot in the underground parking. And I have to park in the hotel nearby and pay a huge cost. I booked two 2 bed room apt, one bed sheet is dirty. No paper cup for brushing, no hanger in the closet. Extreamlly basic, only the 1 piilow, 1 light comfort, and towels, that's all. Very disappointing!
