1. Check-In/Check-Out
⏰ Stick to Check-in/Out Times – Need flexibility? Let us know in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate! Please note that a $100 fee will still apply for late check-outs, even with prior notice. We appreciate your understanding!

2.Luggage Drop-Off:
Luggage drop-off is permitted only before the check-in time and not after the check-out time.

3. No Smoking Indoors 🚭
Smoking inside is strictly prohibited. Use designated outdoor areas. Penalty: $500.

4. Pet Policy 🐾
Pets are welcome, with a maximum of 2 pets per stay and an additional fee. Notify us in advance.

5. Quiet Hours 🤫
Keep noise to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Let’s respect our neighbors.

6. No Parties or Events 🎉❌
Parties, large gatherings, and events are not allowed. Penalty: $1,000, plus immediate termination of your stay without a refund.

7. Security & Valuables 🔒
Secure all windows and doors when leaving. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

8. Use of Appliances & Amenities ⚙️
Use all appliances responsibly. Report any issues, and we’ll take care of them!

9. Climate Control 🌡️
Use heating and air conditioning responsibly to avoid excessive energy use.

10. Cleanliness 🧹
Keep the property tidy. Excessive messes may incur extra cleaning fees.

Treat the home with care. Damages must be reported immediately. Guests are responsible for repair or replacement costs.

14. Smoke Alarms & Fire Safety 🚨
Smoke alarms are essential safety devices and must not be disabled, covered, removed, or tampered with for any reason. This includes removing batteries, covering alarms to prevent activation, or interfering with them in any way.

Any tampering, misuse causing a false alarm, or intentional disabling of a smoke alarm will result in a $500 penalty, plus any additional costs incurred (including building fines, fire department charges, or maintenance repairs). Continued violations may lead to immediate termination of the stay without refund, in line with house rules and platform policies.

If an alarm is triggered accidentally or appears faulty, please contact us right away so we can assist.

This was the perfect place for our family of 5, 3 teenage boys and 2 dogs to stay on our first trip to Montreal. Everyone was able to have their own private space. There is street construction going on but we couldn't hear it from our pad. We loved that they were dog friendly and there is a great dog park just a couple blocks away. There are also a lot of great cafes and restaurants in the area, that are very walkable. There is also a grocery store across the street. We were able to park in the lot across the street and work out a deal with the owner to bring the price down to be comparable to local garages. We were able to walk to Old Montreal as well as Notre-Dame Basilica, I highly recommend the Aura show.

Would have liked to know about the road construction before arriving at location.Otherwise, condo was fantastic. Location is amazing.

Place was clean and matched the pictures. Decent location. As a dog owner, we had limited options finding a pet friendly place. This was and had a park and dog park within walking distance. For the abled body, also walkable to Sainte Catherine (20-30 minutes) for shopping and food, subway/metro (10 minutes) amongst other areas. Grocery, and pharmacy just steps away. Nice little ice cream shop just outside the apartment. Entry to the apartment/unit by pin which made it very convenient for a group with varying plans to go come and go. A few nice to know before heading there which would have helped planning but nothing major from our POV. This unit is on the 2nd floor and no elevator. Communal laundry within apartment. We didn’t use laundry but it appears it may be coin operated. Otherwise most of the basics were available for use. We had one minor hiccup with the bathroom sink draining slowly, but host was quick to respond and fix based on our requested schedule. They also answered our other questions in a very timely manner.First time using Vrbo and host made it a pleasant experience. Would consider staying here again for our next visit to Montreal.
