Perfect location, right at the ski lifts. Onsen was great.
If you have noisy people (kids jumping around) staying above you, you will hear them loud and clear. Paper thin walls, so if you are naturally loud maybe not the hotel for you. Included breakfast was ok, filled the belly but if you’re not a fan of Luke warm to cold food then maybe not for you. Not many western choices apart from continental.
