    This is a great hotel for snowboarding and skiing. It’s located right next to the ski slopes — you can literally walk out and hit the lifts in under 2 minutes. The hotel offers snowboard and ski equipment rental plus paid lessons, which is super convenient. They provide three meals a day with a fair variety of options. The buffet-style meals are simple but tasty and filling after a long day on the slopes. There’s also an on-site hot spring (perfect for sore muscles) and a self-service laundry room, which is a big plus for longer stays. The hotel isn’t fancy, but it’s clean and well-maintained. Rooms are basic yet comfortable, with everything you need after a tiring day. The staff have limited English but are genuinely helpful and friendly — they always tried their best to assist us. Overall: Excellent value for money if you’re here mainly for snow sports. Highly recommended for snowboarders and skiers who want convenience and practicality over luxury.

    This Riokan/Hotel is perfect for skiing and relax. Close to the slopes, great onsen inside. The food is quite good. Perfect.
