Lovely and comfortable and cosy, lovely having the friendly horses very close by. Intermittent tv/wifi connection but this didn't spoil our stay.
Very close to main rail line, so took a little while to get used to the noise.

The property was brilliant. Exactly what we needed, secluded enough to enjoy peace and quiet but close enough to amenities if needed.
The decor was lovely and gave a real feeling of a quaint country cottage.

The welcome gift of milk,wine Easter chocolate and carrots for the horses. It is not far from the beach just a 15 minute drive. Dog friendly and a ramp up to the door.
We stayed out most of the time. On arrival which was late at night we could not get the TV remote to work the door is hard to open and shut it is dragging. The tap is loose in the kitchen area and everything needed washing as all dishes had dirt marks and food stuck to knives and forks a saucepan had a dangerous handle. The bedroom door if you shut it gets stuck and is hard to open again this needs sorting out. The oven was dirty and if you tried to use it this would smoke that needed cleaning badly. The bed is so bouncy and old. The place is very tired and just needs a good cleaning and a bit of DIY around the place. If we could have moved out quickly we would have done. Now staying in a much better place.
