Perfect place to relax and enjoy the Jurassic coast

Lovely, clean, well equipped apartment in a superb location

Apartment was clean, cosy and in a great location. Added extra of a lift made checking in very easy. On site parking with secure gate provided a secure place to leave our car. Completely satisfied with facilities and the hosts couldn’t be more helpful.

This was our 2nd visit and very enjoyable.

Location was very close to town and sea front. Coffee,milk and biscuits were kindly provided. Property was clean and comfortable.

The property was clean and in the perfect location for lovely walks and shopping. Having parking in underneath car park in this location is a bonus.

The shower was temperamental and had little pressure but overall the bathroom was clean and a good size.

An excellent short break

Comfortable, stylish accommodation a couple of minutes walk from the promenade, town centre and cinema. It was well heated and welcoming, the complementary biscuits a nice touch.

We had an enjoyable and sociable stay in Sidmouth. We patronised the independent shops.

Welcome pack of biscuits and milk was much appreciated along with tea and coffee provided. Property was warm and the heaters efficient. The kitchen was well equipped. Parking was a bonus.

Beautiful modern apartment with everything we needed and more. Lovely touches with fresh milk biscuits tea and coffee. Great having parking and lift especially on arrival and departure and not having to carry cases up stairs.

Amazing

Email sent week before check in with all the details you need including directions, codes for car park and and key safe. Flat was clean and comfortable. Nice and close to beachfront. All round excellent experience would 100% come back and recommend to others :).

The apartment had everything we needed and was tastefully finished with lots of nice touches. Also very conveniently located for the town and its shops and restaurants.

Perfect place to relax and recharge

Second time at Ocean. it is a lovely flat which feels like home as soon as you walk through the door. It has everything you need for a comfortable break. The position is perfect and having a safe place to leave the car is worth its weight in gold. Sidmouth is a fantastic destination, lots of independent shops and places to eat. Thank you Charlotte and Michael for being brilliant hosts!

Convenient location, cosy clean and surprisingly peaceful. Thoroughly relaxed after a few days stay. The added bonus of secure parking made the apartment great value. We'll likely use this one again and would definitely recommend to friends.

Perfect holiday appartment

We had a fabulous stay at the Ocean. The communications and received information very excellent, the appartment was spotlessly clean, very well equipped and extremely confortable. We were really happy with everything and pleased to have found such a great holiday appartment.

Used the code to open the garage access and obtained keys from key safe, used door and lift to apartment.

Pity we didn't have a view of the sea, but the location at the resort is excellent. Parking space is a little awkward for a large car.

Lovely apartment with everything you could need to make it a home from home. Property was immaculately clean throughout and a stones through from the sea front.

The underground car park is a bit of a squeeze especially for larger vehicles but only really an issue if other residents dont park squarely in their own space.

The flat contained everything that we needed and more. Comfortable bed, good location.

Gulls are a big problem. They roost on the roof, though it sounds like they are in the roof space, and make loud noises with their big, flat feet. Also call loudly at night spoiling our sleep. Shower plug hole needs cleaning as water flows slowly and could overflow the shower tray if left unattended. Could save a few pounds by lowering the hot water temperature a few degrees, it's scalding!

great value, wonderful position

The lift was a real bonus as I have bad knees.

a smart tv so full use of the internet could be enjoyed. A bigger frying pan and spatula to go with it. the bed was comfy but low to the floor, for me this made getting out difficult, but not impossible.

Ideally located close to the sea front and town centre. Perfect sized accommodation for a couple, well equipped kitchen and comfortable dining/sitting room. Parking and access arrangements worked perfectly. The free underground car parking space was a huge advantage.

Tip for future guests: if you don't like 50% polyester bedlinen (I don't) then bring your own (I wished I had!)

Central location, 2 minutes from seafront. Extremely clean, very comfortable & homely with lovely bright decoration. Well equipped for a self catering break plus bed linen and towels provided. Secure parking is great and all instructions from owner very straightforward to the letter. Welcome card & little gift left for us on arrival which was a lovely touch.

Bedroom would benefit from a black out blind.
