About this apartment rental
Location, location, location! Seatime holiday apartment is a recently refurbished and well equipped studio apartment in a perfect location right in the very heart of Sidmouth, just a minute or two's walk from both the town centre and the beach.
The apartment offers a home from home and has everything you could wish for a comfortable stay including a bedroom area with double bed, lounge area with double sofa bed, dining table and chairs, smart TV, fully equipped kitchen with modern cooker, dishwasher, fridge, microwave and a spacious bathroom with bath and over heasd shower. There's even light weight deckchairs to take on the short stroll to the beach! The apartment is perfect for two but could sleep 4 with the sofa bed. A free parking space is a real bonus so close to the town centre too.
Seatime is a studio first floor apartment in a small block of 4, accessible up a flight of stairs and accessed through a communal entrance hall. There is a communcal patio area outside the main entrance with seating where quests can enjoy a sit in the sun.
Sidmouth is a charming Regency seaside town, offering beautiful gardens, dramatic cliffs, clean beaches and interesting independent shops. It's well worth a visit and we want to ensure our guests have a lovely stay so we have added the little touches that will make Seatime feel like a special place to spend some time.

The property very good close to the Triangle where you can get the bus to local areas like Beer a lovely little seaside village 40 minutes away or the Donkey sanctuary 15 minutes away, a simple thing like a tea towel would have been welcome, and I think the settee could do with replacing as it was very uncomfortable I sat on the chair to watch TV, but I have to say other than that this apartment as everything a couple needs it's very clean and a lovely little apartment and it's in an excellent position just round the corner to the beach and town centre and Sidmouth is a lovely seaside resort

The property was easy to find and perfectly located for the town and beach. The apartment was clean and adequately equipped. As it was unseasonably warm we would have liked to be able to open the windows.A warning about the steep stair access might be good for older customersThank you for our stayLiz

On arrival we found the place to be clean, tidy and airy. However the bed and sofa were very uncomfortable. The bed mattress had given way on one side making you feel as if you would roll out if you relaxed, and the sofa really wasn't fit for purpose (I make beds, sofas and sofa beds for a living). We also had an issue with flat 21 playing very loud music, slamming doors and entertaining several friends even though we were still in lockdown. The kitchen tap was not fixed to the sink, so you had to hold the whole thing to turn it on, the electric plug socket was hanging from the wall (although was fixed when we called the owner). Overall it was disappointing and we decided to return home from our holiday a day early to get some much needed sleep
