Great location and wonderfully warm for a Twixtmas visit

Such a convenient stay, yards from the Esplanade and a view of the sea from the kitchen window. It was so lovely and warm to come back to after a day out. My Husband has mobility issues so the underground parking and lift up to the apartment was a bonus! Lovely and clean and a very comfortable bed. Would definitely book again if we visit Sidmouth again

Great facilities in a good location at a reasonable price.

Good central location, clean and tidy and comfortable would recommend others to try this.

Would have preferred a TV in the bedroom and 2 separate large bath towels, but we made do with the one bath towel and 2 hand towels. Generally everything was great though.

Parking access was exceedingly difficult due to the location of the allocated place in the underground car park.

we were absolutely delighted to come back to it day after day

very well decorated, bed comfortable, excellent extra help when we needed assistance of owners: fact they left milk for us on arrival, games drawer (we played scrabble!)

Lovely comfortable apartment with close access to beach shops and facilities in Sidmouth

The location is very convenient - just a short walk to the sea front and the shops . The apartment is lovely and overall it seems very quiet except a small amount of noise from the hotel next door in the morning . It was very comfortable and clean . It is good to have parking allocated as this is at a premium in Sidmouth

Fortunately I was able to access the car parking space through an empty space nearby which gave me an easier angle of approach as it is otherwise a very sharp turn to access the space

I like the colour green, so the furnishings were perfect for me. Very calming! Lovely balcony and nice light main room. Great to see and hear a bit of the sea, and easy walk down to swim.

Great apart from the minor distractions mentioned

This is a very well appointed apartment in the centre of Simouth 50m from the beachfront.

The allotted parking space was extremely tight and difficult to manoeuvre into. The seagulls were pretty awful and behaved like owls. Methinks this must have been fledgling time in the local colony. Probably wont be a problem again until this time next year.

This is our second stay here and we love everything about it. The owners are friendly and welcoming, the apartment is comfortable and clean and has everything you need for a week’s stay. The location is superb. We will definitely be back.

Seaside apartment in great location

This is an absolutely pristine apartment in a great location; in the heart of Sidmouth and just a stone’s throw away from the beach and sea. The hosts Charlotte and Michael provided excellent communication and have equipped the apartment brilliantly; beautifully furnished, spotless throughout and a really well stocked kitchen with all the utensils you could need. We had milk and biscuits waiting for us on arrival which was a lovely touch!

Not a big deal for us but the underground car park is accessed via a tiny lane and once inside the spaces are very tight which could be an issue in the high season if you have a large car.

Perfect location

The location of the property was perfect, so close to the sea, shops and restaurants. The place is clean and comfortable, felt very safe in the property.

I wouldn’t say it was wheelchair accessible, due to the way the lift works. My husband has to run down a floor to get the lift up to our floor
