Розташування дійсно зручне - трамвайна зупинка прямо під будинком, центр поруч (це і є центр-центр), головні туристичні локації в пішій доступності, супермаркет поруч, квартира простора, відповідає фото
Меблі та сантехніка дещо "втомлені" - всім дверцятам явно потрібно приділити трошки уваги, щоб вони нормально закривались, як і досить банальним речам, наприклад наявності шторки в ванній, а також ширині ковдри, яка явно не повноцінна двоспальна.
