The whole room is spacious. Shower was good with bathtub. Has a washing machine, free to use. Sofa with a tv. Clean. Japanese housing style but not too typical, just a regualr. Big dining table. Separate parts of the shoes keeping.

Less electric socket inside the big bedroom.

The place was clean and provided basic amenities. Location close to train station. Note that a dryer is not available (the shower room itself does not have a function as a drying room as well). Because Osaka had rainy weather during our entire stay, this was an issue for drying clothes (no possibilities of drying clothes on the balcony) and the apartment did not provide umbrellas as well. Pros: * Clean * Washer available * Basic amenities provided (detergent, towels, many hangers, vacuum) and extra supplies were available in the lobby (slippers, toothbrushes) * The staff replied diligently and restocked amenities when asked (towels, shampoo). Note that we asked for a restock on a Sunday and were given a response that day that staff would not be able to come in until the following day on Monday. * Building is very secure; building doors have a lock code and the elevator has an additional lock code * ~4 minute walk from train station

Cons: * No dryer available and the shower room does not have a drying function as well. Possible to hang clothes on the balcony but Osaka had rainy weather during our entire stay, meaning we had to find a laundry mat * No umbrellas provided, which was unfortunate, as we had to buy and dispose of umbrellas as we did not have room in our luggage * No full-size mirror (only mirror is in the bathroom above the sink) * Sometimes the extra amenities in the lobby were not restocked * Television did not have local channels and you can only watch your own personal streaming services (Netflix, YouTube, etc.) * Location typically safe but while walking on the street to the building, we have come across a few roaches on the streets (but not in the apartment thankfully). We have also seen neighboring residents urinating in public a few times. During one night, we witnessed a confrontation between the police and a neighbor. We still felt safe overall though.

Never had to talk to anyone quick and easy

No smoking on the balcony but I can respect it they offer a sweet spot to smoke on the roof so can’t complain

The place is quite difficult to find because it is new to me,all is keyless entry

I could hear neighbours talking loudly,dragging the chairs and tables,the room is not really nose proof,nearby there is no food stall and l had to walk out to the main road to the family mart to get foods and drinks and that is the only mart that opens 24 hrs.l had to walk a distance to get to the train station and getting from places to places from our apartment is not very convenient.
