A few days away walking nearby while the car had a rest in the garage.

Excellent location, close to all amenities and attractions. Very clean and spacious house. The kitchen was particularly well equipped. The host provided a splendid welcome basket!

Not a deal breaker but putting the car (a mini) in the garage was tricky. But having parking was obviously a huge plus.

The house is centrally located but in a quiet cul-de-sac with parking. It is beautifully decorated and furnished, has everything you could possibly need and a great secure garden if you are taking your dog!

Excellent, dog friendly!

House is lovely and spacious and everything was clean and tidy. The welcome basket was a really nice touch and we enjoyed the scones! Very dog friendly with fenced back garden and short walk to the beach which has dog friendly sections year round. The booking contact was very responsive and helpful. Great coffee machines and spare pods etc left for when you arrive. We had a fantastic stay.

Great place to stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. A very comfortable, clean, spacious, warm and well equipped house in a great location (quiet cul de sac and short walk to town/sea front). We enjoyed the welcome hamper and our host was very quick to respond to messages for our booking. Highly recommend this house!

We had a very nice break. Enjoyed the trip on the tram. Found nice places to eat.

we were very happy that it was so well equipped. everything we needed was there. the welcome basket was a lovely touch. The wine and chocolate, cream tea and all the other goodies. Even flowers in the kitchen. everywhere was spotless and very homely. A good position in the town, a good base to travel around the area

The house is situated in the perfect location for the town and beach. The house was immaculate and kitted out with everything you could want. All the little things had been thought of. The owner was very helpful and attentive. I would highly recommend this property.

Book it!!

Every little detail was thought of. Soap, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, butter & milk, coat hooks, hangers, towels etc were provided. Welcome pack was a lovely touch. Dog friendly place in a dog friendly location, walking distance to the beach and a big Tesco. Property was extremely clean and hosts were easy to contact. Throughly enjoyed our stay.

Lovely house, great location and a wonderful host.

The property location was perfect and only a couple of minutes walk into Seaton and the beach. There was a nice welcome pack upon arrival, we appreciated being able to have light refreshments after a long journey. The house was exceptionally clean and accommodated all our needs. Communication with our host, Nicola, was exceptional. She was very helpful and responded to my questions promptly. We will be back!

We were happy with all aspects of our stay and can't recommend highly enough. There isn't anything we didn't like.

Lovely property in a brilliant location

The property was very clean and spacious. Brilliant location within an easy walk of shops, restaurants and attractions. Everyday items were provided which makes staying with a young family much easier. Some very thoughtful added touches also set the holiday off to a great start.

Not so much something we ‘didn’t like’ but constructive feedback would be that a usable shower over the bath would have been helpful (as 3 adults staying and sharing the en-suite was a bit cramped). The garage wasn’t brilliant for our size car but we understand the situation and actually having any dedicated parking for a town centre location is impressive! A regular size car would have no problem I expect.

Well equipped, well located recently refurbished house for relaxing family reunion.

Excellent helpful and prompt communications with the host. All the little extras to enhance our experience. Very well equipped for all eventualities - both for humans and our fur babies! Easy clean floors for the inevitable rainy day and effective heating and plenty of hot water. Young ones could wfh with strong enough wifi and seagulls kept away by the hawk kite. They'd thought of everything!
