Highly recommended holiday home.
House was immaculately presented..impeccably clean, comfortable seating, excellent decor, great well equipped kitchen, .lovely to have dishwasher...comfy beds etc. Delighted with welcome pack..thank you, plus own parking space. Close access to shops and beach and lovely to sit on balcony when the sun shone. The one downside was the heating..not controllable by guests..no thermostats. The back bedroom on lower floor was always cold, as the weather looked warm with sunshine, but wind was cold. Meant showering was chilly. We returned on the Tuesday I think, to say an engineer had been in...possibly reported by previous client??...but room remained cold. However..we really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this little gem of a place. ♥️♥️

Me and my family absolutely love the property! It's modern, clean, very comfortable beds, kitchen equipped with ALL necessary amenities!!! Excellent and comfortable place to stay!!! Absolutely love it everything was there at the property. Welcome goodie bag on arrival, very nice gesture!!! All in all I'm giving 20 stars out of 10 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟!!!!!!!!!!! Very close to the beach (pebble beach), 3 minutes walk!!!! Shop Aldi across the car park!!! Quite location with not too many tourists.

Heating was set quite high and couldn’t seem to turn it down (probably user error rather thank a particular issue!).

Absolutely amazing, well presented, beautiful, spacious property
The location was excellent. The house was exceptional , so spacious and comfortable. decorated beautifully. The welcome pack was lovely, still decorated for Christmas, so warm and inviting. Home from home.
Parking space adequate , quite a tight fit, when other 4 properties in use.

A super property that gave us everything we needed for our short break in Devon
What a lovely place! Its upside-down layout gives it a very different feel and it is beautifully appointed with very good quality fixtures and fittings. The kitchen is particularly well-equipped and sparkling clean. Plenty of bathrooms/shower rooms and oodles of hot water. All cleaning/washing products are eco-friendly.
Minor detail - my daughter needed to work for a couple of days. A work desk would have been really handy, particularly as WFH is such a thing these days.
