WONDERFULL APARTMENT TO SPEND YOUR VACATION !!!

The location is great , just in the middle of the town . there are some restaurants just across the street (witch unfortunately were closed in the period of my staying) there are two supermarkets (billa and sparr) at about 5 minutes by foot . there are some spa places also in the vicinity about 5-10 min of walking from the ap . The ap itself is just great ! The living room is quite big and have a balcony witch overlooks at the mountain witch ,for me, was the dream place for the morning coffee time. the kitchen is very well equipped ( induction hub , stove , filter coffee machine) and all the pots and kitchen utensils you may need .everything was clean and tidy ! The two bedrooms are very nice . In itch one the is a large closet and a large bed. About the bed I have to say that this one is probably in the top 3 beds that in which I slept in all my travels... so yes I gave it a hard 10 !!! The bathroom is nice and clean with good water pression. We had a little problem with the hot water in one of the days but Mrs Sylvie, the lady the handles the apartment ,was there and resolved the problem so everything was ok. Another big plus was the parking spot and the elevator . The communication with the host was very easy and fast and I was helped with everything I asked for. So thank you again Mrs Sylvie !!! All in all we had a great stay and, in my opinion , the ap gives very good value for money !!!

We stayed there in the middle of May , witch means that the ski season was over and the summer season hasn't started yet, so most of the resort's recreational facilities were closed, as were most of the restaurants...

Location is perfect, right next to the ski piste and the Romerbad. I love the fact you get a place in the garage! The terrace is wonderful.

Beds were a bit too soft and the matrases could probably be replaced.

Excellent ski holiday.

Location was very good, close to the ski lift and Römerbad Therme. The apartment is nice, suitable for 5 persons. We had a balcony facing the Kaiserburgbahn and the slope.

Some restaurants were closed 1-2 days during the week and on Friday it was very crowded, it was difficult to find places for dinner.

Everything was so new and clean. Very well overall. The lady from the agency was very nice. Sheets and beds very soft and new. In from of cable car for skiing or going up the hill

Fijn appartement (ondanks de bedden) met heerlijk balkon en fantastisch uitzicht!

Prachtig uitzicht vanaf het balkon. Met de ramen dicht hoorde je op de slaapkamers het verkeer niet. Wij vonden de locatie prettig. Achter prachtig uitzicht en voor wel een drukke weg maar als je de ramen dichthield had je daar geen last van. Winkels waren op loopafstand en de liftjes op 2min loopafstand. De kärnten card die inclusief is, is echt top! Hele leuke uitjes mee gedaan. Echt genoten!

De bank (slaapbank) zat vreselijk en de bedden waren ronduit slecht. Bij elk bed ontbraken soms zelfs meerdere latten uit de lattenbodems, en de matrassen waren vreselijk, hard (en niet fris vonden wij). Net een plank waar je op ligt. Dat was wel erg jammer want verder vonden we het heel fijn. De keuken inrichting was op sommige punten vrij beperkt maar we hebben ons er mee gered.

Heerlijk appartement

Ruim appartement, netjes en schoon. Aparte wc en ruime aparte douche. Locatie was prima uitvalsbasis voor uitstapjes. En 1 kabelbaan en rodelbaan zelfs voor de deur. Eigen parkeerplaats overdekt.

De slaapkamers liggen aan de straatkant, dit is een drukke doorgaande weg. Dat geeft wel wat geluidsoverlast. Maar dat is ook eigenlijk het enige wat vervelend was.
