We appreciated the cleanliness and that we had everything we needed in the kitchen

We arrived a little bit late on 24-th of December, so we picked up the keys from a locked box at the agency office, near the MariaGrazia Residence. In the apartment was very warm, so we felt very comfortable after a long trip by car.

Hopefully we took with us everything we nedeed and the agency announced us that the stores were closed, but we would prefer to have some handsoap (little peaces like in the hotels) in the bathrooms.

I book quit a few hotels and apartments. For sure this was not a 4 star stay. With the 8.8 as per booking.com it is highly overrated, colorless and depressing. Also very much outdated.. Definitely Not value for money.

Apartament usytuowany blisko stoku i gondoli Kaiserburgbahn, jasny, czysty, ciepły, przestronny i w pełni wyposażony. Do tego dwie sypialnie, dwie niezależne toalety z prysznicem, bidetem i grzejnikiem do suszenia ubrań. Podgrzewanie podłogowe co raczej nie jest standardem. Duża zmywarka. Łóżka wygodne. Duża piwniczka do przechowania sprzętu. Wszędzie blisko - spacerem można wybrać się do sklepów, restauracji czy wypożyczalni sprzętu narciarskiego. Przez pasy są termy rzymskie, idealne na relaks po nartach i obiedzie. Uprzejmy i uczynny gospodarz. Miejsce zdecydowanie warte polecenia na rodzinny odpoczynek w Alpach. Nawet dla 6 osób.

W opisie znajduje się informacja o możliwym bezpośrednim dojeździe do apartamentu na nartach, co niestety nie jest możliwe i jednak mimo wspaniałej lokalizacji z widokiem na stoki, będąc w ubranym w cały ekwipunek narciarski, dojście do gondoli jest dość męczące. Przydałby się dodatkowy komplet naczyń, z których można byłoby korzystać, gdy drugi komplet jest w zmywarce. Prywatna pralka spinałaby całość w niemal ideał.

Wir haben uns als Familie in diesem Apartment sehr wohlgefühlt, viel Platz, ausreichend Stauraum.

Die Lage ist hervorragend, kurzer Weg zur Gondelbahn, zum Römerband, zum Dorfwirt. Küchenausstattung mehr als ausreichend, sauber, funktionell. Fernsehen und W-Lan hat gut funktioniert. Parkplatz vor dem Haus. Absperrbarer Skiraum für jedes Apartment

Die Balkontüren in Top 5 sollten eingestellt werden, sie gehen schwer auf und zu.

Najiskrenije oprema kao sto su kreveti, madraci, jastuci, stol i stolice itd. je nuzno zamjeniti novom jer je postojeca vec jako potrosena. Bavimo se istim poslom i razumijem vlasnike, mislim da je navedeni u njihobom interesu.
