Apartment is very specious, clean, comfortable, with well equiped kitchen, simple and nicely furnished. Both bathrooms were nice and well equiped. Very quiet area.

Kids room actually does not have real window which was not a problem for us as we stayed during winter. One set of pillows was very big and hard, while other set was perfect.

Ruim en schoon appartement iets buiten Bad Kleinkirchheim zelf, maar wel dichtbij een van de skiliften in het gebied, keuken goed uitgerust, parkeren geen probleem, wasmachine aanwezig. Het stapelbed in een van de slaapkamers is geschikt voor kinderen. De andere slaapkamers hebben twee eenpersoonsbedden en een tweepersoonsbed met prima matrassen. Er zijn twee badkamers met toilet en douche, een ervan heeft een bubbelbad.

Er staan bomen voor het raam in de woonkamer waardoor het zelfs overdag (in augustus) best donker was in het appartement. De bomen houden weliswaar het zicht weg van de doorgaande weg, maar niet het geluid daarvan. De bovenburen waren ook goed te horen, maar dat lijkt mij normaal als je in een appartementencomplex zit.

The bed in the master bedroom was a bit hard. There was no decent outside furniture on the balcony, except for two uncomfortable wooden ikea chairs.

The property is large and spacious surrounded by trees so you do not see the main road at the bottom of the hill. The kitchen is modern (everything was new) and the bedrooms are large (we had 3 teenagers and 1 7 year old). There is a marked hike right outside the apartment and contact with the agent was prompt and professional. The location is great for access to BKK Romerbad cable car, spa, supermarkets and restaurants.

While we knew in advance the apartment really needs a washing machine to allow for stays of a week or more. We had to drive to a Laundromat in Villach which took a morning out of our vacation. The shower cubicles are also small which they didn’t need to be especially as one bathroom is massive and could easily house a larger shower and washing machine. I found myself banging elbows into the enclosure all the time.
