The pickup staff was very kindly and helpful. The best part was the private onsen, good price for good space to enjoy the hot bath.

Sorry there is a lot to improve the service. The position is really far and not convenient, especially if you didn't book the restaurant before your arrival. You'll not find anything around where you can have dinner, cause almost of the small restaurant is quite far and basically busy. We had to order pizza by delivery and you can get only that kind of pizza cause Uber cannot reach the place. Forget about the view, we got a backside room and it was really weird. Room is so cold, cause is quite huge but only one small air-conditioning. I'm so sorry to say but the price is not working.
