設備編 バスタブが大きくヘッドの部分にものを置く場所もあり、便利でした。 水の出も問題はありませんでした。 ドライヤーは壁付けではなく、手で持って使えるタイプでしたので楽でした。 9月から暖房が使えてとても助かりました。 部屋は隅々まで掃除が行き届いており、ゴミ箱にはあらかじめビニール袋がかけられていました。 サービス編 チェックインの時に、鍵の受け渡しにトラブルが発生しましたが、すぐに事務局と連絡を取ることができました。 そのほかにも滞在中に質問したいことが出てきた時には、常に迅速に対応してくださり安心して過ごすことができました。

高速Wi-Fiを頼りにこのアパルトマンを申し込みしていましたが、滞在期間中にはWi-Fiが不調で使うことができませんでした。次回利用するときには直っていると嬉しく思います。

El departamento es realmente hermoso y está perfectamente ubicado en París. Muy limpio, acogedor y con todo lo necesario para una estadía cómoda. La zona es segura y tiene acceso fácil a transporte y lugares turísticos. Sin embargo, el sistema de llaves es un punto muy débil. A pesar de lo moderno y funcional que es el departamento, el proceso para recoger y entregar las llaves es engorroso y puede generar mucho estrés. En mi caso, me enviaron a una dirección equivocada para retirarlas, y al devolverlas, la tienda estaba cerrada, justo cuando debía tomar un vuelo. Un sistema así no está a la altura del nivel del alojamiento. Aun así, si el sistema de acceso se mejora, sería una excelente opcion

El sistema de llaves puede arruinar una estadía que por lo demás sería excelente. En mi experiencia, me indicaron mal la dirección para recogerlas, lo que me hizo perder tiempo valioso al llegar. Pero lo peor fue al irme: me dieron una dirección para devolverlas que estaba cerrada, y yo debía tomar un vuelo. Fue caótico y estresante. Para un alojamiento tan bien ubicado y bonito, este sistema es completamente arcaico. Requiere una mejora urgente. Si tienes horarios ajustados o viajes justo antes o después de tu estadía, piénsalo dos veces.

I loved the fact that the apartment came with a washing machine, dryer, a well fitted kitchen and the WIFI. All the things a traveler absolutely needs during their trip!

The TV channels were slow to load or play probably due to the internet connection that was a bit slow. But not a major aspect of the stay. Overall, a great experience and the apartment met all the features mentioned in the description. I would definitely choose this place again.
