The rooms were very nice and clean, the AC worked well and the staff was very friendly. Parking was included but it’s actually 4-5 spot max. We were also able to leave the luggage in a locked room while we went to Chichen Itza on the check out day.

The city center is 20+ mins walk which is a lot in the heat. The pool had probably seen better days and is a bit small but it served its purpose. Lastly, there is not lift so we had to drag our luggage up the stairs ourselves.

The place is located in centrum, very easy to reach by walk everything. The room was cleaned and staff was nice.

The rooms are very dark. We had one in downstairs, further nothing to add.

The staff were very accommodating. They offered to have breakfast ready for us earlier than the standard breakfast hours because we wanted to get an early start heading to Chichen Itza. The breakfast was decent, and included lots of options. It was a little slow, but we were a group of 12 all together, so I can understand why it would take some time to get the orders prepared and out. They would benefit from having a larger self-service area so that people can get cereal, coffee, tea, etc. while they are waiting for their main dish.

Location was good. Great stuff, helpful and friendly.

I wish there was more sitting chairs available and coffee maker in the room. Room was very basic.
