Owner could’ve replied faster

Clean and tidy, easy access to surrounding area.

No counter for chekin. U have to whatsapp the agent, and he will lead u till u can open the hotel door. Another thing, please be sure about the price you pay. I got the hotel price is RM95. But the hidden fees didnt showed up. Cleaning fees was rm90++ Tax here and there rm50++. U think you just pay RM95 as stated in the apps, actually they will deduct more from the hidden fees. I think the price is misleading and u can get better hotel than this.

Overall, it was a very pleasant and comfortable stay. The apartment was in a secure area. The security guards are friendly and helpful when you approach. If you’re staying in Bukit Jalil for your own reasons, the area is very convenient. Everything you would need is walking distance. Pavilion 2 is right next door, where you can find food, convenience stores, a movie theatre, indoor rock climbing, ice skating and etc. The unit is perfect for a solo stay or for a couple. If three people want to stay here, would still be doable. I noticed they had an extra mattress. If more than one person is staying, definitely recommend bring an extension cable though.

I requested to check in earlier at 12:00-1:00 and the request was granted. But when I brought it up, it seems like the host was confused. I believe there may have been some misunderstandings but I received an email notifying me that my request was granted so I assumed I could check in early. The host said that it was not possible to check in at 12:00. However, he was still considerate and allowed me to check in at 12:30 initially. But, in the end, I only checked in at 1:30. Overall, i think it was a miscommunication issue. It was an inconvenience during the check in process but it wasn’t horrible. Hope the host can take note on the special requests next time to avoid similar issues.

Felt frustrated with overall experience. Difficult to contact the owner, dont want to pick up call, reply text very late. Too much of hidden/extra charges. Booked with RM161, paid of RM315. After paid only, I knew the breakdown.
