The bed was very comfortable

The shower was cold

Location, comfort, friendly staff. Kitchen well equipped. Bathrooms were clean. Rooms neat. Grab access good.

Unit lights need to be looked into. It was dim and some lights in the hall didn't work making the place rather dark. TV guide not available so we couldn't operate it. Dining table only had 3 chairs...needs 4. No place to store broom and dustpan. It being the first thing u see is quite disturbing.

This place is very clean and has very complete facilities, the place is so comfy and nearby many food stores and markets.

Good things: The whole building and room itself look fresh, furniture feels alright There’s a tap for unlimited drinking water For the price clean and new Washer and dryer in room, detergent provided Ceiling is high, feels spacious, windows are large, can be opened for fresh air to come, view is nice, there are fully blackout curtains There’s a quality silent ceiling fan, which I value a lot

Not so good things: 1. If I had no internet, I wouldn’t be able to check in at all 2. If I didn’t have a Thai or Malaysian bank account, I wouldn’t be able to pay safety deposit 300RM and wouldn’t be able to check in 3. There’s a rather building right in front of the window, so if you have lights on, have to close the curtain, and there are lights shining in the window, so can’t sleep without curtains closed unfortunately 4. There’s a Smart TV, but I couldn’t load anything on it, due to no speed of WIFI 5. Response time of a manager was slow and after 21:30 he didn’t respond until 9:30 a.m Bad things: 1. During my stay there was barely any water pressure and water was just a little warm — I couldn’t hardly take shower and couldn’t wash my head at all, even though I have very short haircut 2. WIFI speed during my stay was outrageously slow, I could even watch anything on Smart TV, I’m not sure if it’s my case or always like that 3. Deposit is refundable within 14 working days and in order to get it back you will have to (it’s definitely not a way to do business in my opinion) My wishes in general: I wish I there would be information provided upon check in , that there is a pool in the building (maybe there’s even a gym, but I’m not sure) Conclusion: Would be solid 8.5/10 for the money - room was gave a very good impression, but only if there was water pressure, hot water in the shower and WIFI was not that ridiculously slow I wouldn’t wish to anyone to experience same things with water and internet (thankfully, I got Malaysian SIM card with internet before check in)
