No.16 The Nordic @ Opposite Puchong IOI Mall

We recently booked a 5D/4N accommodation with Booking.com and was glad we decided on a HomeStay instead of the usual hotels. There were 6 of us, so we needed a 3 bedroom apartment. Hence, we decided to go with No. 16 The Nordic (opposite Puchong IOI Mall). The whole process from the booking to check in/ out was a breeze. The agent liaised directly with us after the booking was confirmed. Location: ▪︎ No.16 The Nordic is in Skypod Residence (Tower 1), Puchong. ▪︎ The area is surrounded with so many food outlets (coffeeshops/ restaurants). You don't have to go far for your meals. ▪︎ Located opposite IOI Mall makes it so convenient for our shopping needs, including groceries and food outlets/ restaurants. ▪︎ Travel to and from airport with Grab (standard 4 seater) cost us around RM66 each way. Apartment: ▪︎ It was clean & spacious with living area (smart TV & WIFI provided), balcony facing IOI Mall, kitchenette equipped with basic essentials (fridge, microwave, electric kettle, induction stove, washing machine). ▪︎ The master bedroom had 2 double beds with adjoining bathroom. The other 2 bedrooms had one double bed each and shared a bathroom. Bath towels, shower gel & shampoo were provided. The living room also had a toilet. All in all we were happy with our choice to stay at The Nordic.

The 2nd bathroom sink tap was loose, so we had difficulty turning it on/ off. The fridge door needed to be closed very tightly, else it will leak as the rubber had worn off But we managed to live with it.

Very nice view from all the bedrooms. Cozy balcony to get some fresh air. Spacious layout and very clean.
